- Abstract : Stroke is a clinical situation which can cause several dependence or any disability discomfort. Following the aim: to identify the main stroke implications to the individual, the family and to the society, the Author used the Delphi method, in order to establish among the health professionals a consensus. There is a consensus on the stroke implications to the individual, the family and to the society. The problems which can cause great disaability are sociability changes, faecal incontinence, blindness, and depression. To the family, to change the roles and the stress and fatigue are important consequences. It can be worse when the family fails to have socio-sanitary support.
