- Abstract
- Abstract : NK/T cell lymphoma is an aggressive lymphoid malignancy with marked propensity to occur in the nose and paranasal sinuses. The usual clinical presentation is nasal obstruction with or without other constitutional symptoms. Early recognition of the disease is important because higher complete remission rate and overall survival rate can be achieved before the disease becomes disseminated. Here we report a case of NK/T cell lymphoma in which the clinical course is masked by the use of steroid, resulting in a disastrous outcome. Paragraph Headings: 1. Case 2. Discussion
